Day 13 Log

Session Type: Edging for Control
Intention: Mastery over arousal and physical command

Session Notes:
Began with tension at brow, shoulders, and jaw. Released gradually through conscious breathing. As focus deepened, heat spread to the feet—grounding the current. Breathing became heavier, the air around the body more vivid. Pleasure concentrated in the pelvic muscles during contraction. The session brought relaxation, steadier breath, and greater awareness of inner movement.

Observation:
The urge to move too quickly remains strong, yet awareness of it shows growing command. Slowness is still met with resistance, but relaxation follows once control is re-established.

Reflection for Next Session:
When the impulse to rush appears, breathe deeper instead of tensing. Teach the body that slowness means expansion, not loss.
