
Tonight’s session was brief but intentional.
I’d already meditated earlier, then checked my rendered video before starting. I didn’t need extra preparation—the body was calm enough to enter the rite directly.
The edge came fast. I felt the rise, observed the impulse, and stopped right there. No fantasy, no chase—just awareness held steady.
When I stopped, the body hummed with leftover charge, but the mind stayed clear. Short doesn’t mean weak; it means precise. Each time I catch that signal faster, I prove to myself that control has turned instinctive.
This energy doesn’t vanish—it circulates. It becomes presence.
