Disclaimer: The Ground Beneath the Sky

A Meditation Disclaimer

Spiritual practice is not an escape hatch from life.

If your foundation—food, shelter, rhythm, movement, breath—is weak, the mind will use spirituality as a drug. It will promise freedom, but deliver only temporary relief. You may touch vast insights, but without a grounded life, you won’t embody them. They will slip through your hands like water.

This path is not about dissolving into emptiness to avoid pain.
It is about carrying both truths:

  • You are finite, and your body needs care.
  • You are infinite, and your awareness is boundless.

Spaciousness without grounding becomes avoidance.
Grounding without spaciousness becomes suffocation.
Freedom is both.

So before you read, breathe, or sit in the silence:

  • Eat.
  • Move.
  • Create a rhythm that supports your body and mind.

Only then will what you touch in the invisible realms take root in your real life.
Only then will your insights become action, and your freedom become embodied.

This is not a gate.
It is a reminder: build your ground as you reach for the sky.
