Day 34 Blog

“I sat this morning & it actually felt rejuvenating, even tho the sit was rather short. This is what feeling calm feels like.”

That single line captured the essence of today. The sit didn’t need to be long—what mattered was the depth of release. Each breath softened the weight I didn’t even know I was holding.

Through both meditation and training, I can feel the same rhythm emerging: effort and ease are beginning to merge. The gym drains the excess; the sit refines what’s left. Together, they’re teaching me how to live less in my head and more in my skin.

The heaviness that leaves isn’t just muscle tension—it’s memory, old protection, and stories that no longer fit. Every time I drop them, I become a little more real, a little more here.

This is what the body means when it whispers, “We’re safe now. You can be alive again.”

Reflection:
Now, on day 9 of this new cycle, I can feel the roots of that calm digging deeper. The lessons that once took weeks to rediscover now return in minutes. Every release, every breath, is another confirmation that presence is no longer a concept—it’s becoming the atmosphere I live in. The foundation is set; the rest of the journey is refinement.
